Challenge

The security related challenge was securing the E-Prescription.

What we did

As the system allows doctors to share E-Prescriptions with patient, these prescriptions should be kept safe from unauthorised access. So our team made the system in such a way that for accessing the prescription one have to enter the security code also the ability to take print out of this prescription was disabled so that no one takes print.

IMPLEMENTING MULTI-TASKING
FUNCTIONALITIES TO EASE THE
LIFE OF DOCTORS

Challenge

The client wanted us to make a feature where a doctor can do multitasking. For e.g. a doctor can have call/ video appointment and make prescription simultaneously.

What we did

After doing good R&D, our technical team achieved this and made the system in such a way that multitasking ability for doctors can be done.

Challenge

The most important challenge in this project was to follow all the HIPPA guidelines and make system as secure as possible.

What we did

The project was to be developed for US market so following HIPPA guidelines were must. Our Business Analyst team along with client went through all the guidelines which we needed to follow so that they knowledge can be transferred to the development team and they can customise the security of the data as needed to pass HIPPA guidelines.
